Concretely, the product is this: fourteen people who answer the phone. Their name for your story. Their seat at your table. Their car in your driveway on the worst day of your year. We build that before you need it, because real community can't be created in a crisis.
Beyond roughly 15–20 people, groups fragment into sub-groups and anonymity creeps in. At fifteen, everyone knows everyone — their name, their story, their daughter's graduation, how their surgery went.

When a member marks something confidential, it stays inside the circle — treated as sacred, without exception. Everything else may be shared normally. This is trust, not secrecy.
Friendship grows through consistency. Members commit to showing up, being present, and investing over time.
Every member contributes: listening, hospitality, encouragement, practical help. The circle works because everyone gives.
No gossip, no politics, no selling, no recruiting, no dating focus. Conflict is handled directly, respectfully, and privately. Breach of trust means removal.
No hierarchy. Facilitation rotates; coordinators are elected annually. If any member — including a founder — steps away, the circle continues uninterrupted.

A registered nonprofit: no memberships sold, no investors, no advertising. Chapters are fully self-governing — facilitation rotates, coordinators are elected annually by the circle. Founders are architects, not leaders; the explicit design goal is that they become unnecessary. Members who breach confidentiality or exploit the circle are removed by circle consensus, because protecting the container is everyone's job.
